It Combines well with melted couverture chocolate to make Creme d’Or and eases the production of mousse cakes, No-bake cheesecakes and frozen ice cream desserts. To use, add ice cold liquid to desired quantity of powder, add desired flavour. Whip for 5minutes. Rest for 15 minutes in the refrigerator before application.
