High quality ” ready-to-use” (no heating required) cold glaze that can be used on Vizyon whipped cream frosted cakes and desserts, refrigerated mousse cakes, cheesecakes, frozen ice cream desserts and more. It’s sheen and mirror quality ensures a highly attractive finish of bakery products . Simply stir the glaze and avoid incorporating air bubbles and apply to product to be glazed. Adjust consistency if necessary with no more than 10% water to the quantity of glaze.
