Vizyon charlotte / mousse powder is used for the production of excellent light mousses to delight your customers. It can be served on its own, garnished with desired embellishments or used in the production of charlottes and bar slice cakes. It does not have the rubbery texture associated with a gelatine base prepared mousse.
